T. RAYMOND RICKARDS
President
Mr. Rickards works directly with the Vice Presidents
to ensure a smooth, consistent and cooperative “team”
leadership for each hotel. He is responsible for all of the third
party hotel management agreements and is the direct liaison and contact for all owners.
CRAIG KENDZIERA, CPA, MBA
Executive Vice President
Mr. Kendziera oversees the accounting and cash management efforts
of Oak Hotels, Inc., as well as Insurance, Telecommunications
and Payroll.
BOB STEENHUISEN, CPA
Vice President-Senior Accountant
Mr. Steenhuisen is responsible for the preparation of accurate and
timely financial reports and the collection of accounts receivable.
He also coordinates with outside audit firms on financial and
compliance reports.
TERRI L. STOFFERS
Vice President-Human Resources
Ms. Stoffers primary focus is on leading our efforts in building a
superior work environment. This is accomplished through effective
employee relations, benefits design and management, organizational
development, training and legal compliance.
JAN BATEMAN
Vice President-Sales and Marketing
Ms. Bateman is responsible for the overall sales and marketing efforts,
including advertising, public relations and promotions, as well as
the yield management of all of our locations.
BETTY FOUNTAIN
MIS Director
Ms. Fountain is responsible for all MIS functions, including WAN/LAN
Administrator, Systems Security Officer, Help Desk support, Applications programming, Telecommunications, Systems/Data backup,
Disaster Recovery implementation and Financial Reporting.
